PhysiqueVault

Privacy & your data

Short version: your data lives on your device, not on our servers.

Your data controls

What is stored, and where

  • Weigh-ins, measurements, height, goal, unit and sex settings are kept in your browser’s localStorage on this device, so the tracker remembers them between visits.
  • Progress photos are resized on your device and kept in your browser’s IndexedDB. They are never uploaded.
  • Nothing is synced. Clearing site data in your browser, or the buttons above, deletes it permanently. We cannot recover it because we never had it.

AI check-in

If you press “Get my check-in”, a text summary of your numbers (shown to you before sending) and any note you type is sent through Vercel AI Gateway to an AI model to write one reply. PhysiqueVault does not store it or link it to you. Photos are never sent.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool, to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not see anything you enter into the tools.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request logs (such as IP address) to serve pages and prevent abuse.
